Hi! I'm Kristina Victoratos Gardenier.
When I first started struggling with my own fertility, I felt confused, uninformed, and incredibly alone. There was so much to know—and so much that women weren’t talking about. Sharing my experiences, I realized countless other women were in the same place: searching for support, isolated and feeling uneducated.
My long, lonely, and frustrating journey ignited a spark in me. I left my 12+ year career in corporate media behind to do work that truly fulfills me. I swapped NYC happy hours for hospital hallways in Labor & Delivery, to walk alongside families and witness some of life’s most beautiful, transformative moments.
Simply put: I became a certified fertility coach and full-spectrum doula to be the support I wish I had. Now, through my practice, Guiding Light Fertility, I help families navigate from preconception through birth and beyond—offering guidance, education, and advocacy so you never feel alone.
Whether you’re exploring your path to conception, in the middle of IVF stims (IYKYK), excited (or nervous!) about how your birth will go, or unsure about medical interventions—I’m your girl! I’m here to provide unbiased support with personalized fertility consultation, education, and advocacy every step of the way. And when it comes to giving birth, I’ll be right there with you—holding your hand (or your leg!) and cheering you on every step of the way.
