Hi! I'm Kristina Victoratos Gardenier.
When I first started struggling with my own fertility, I felt confused, uninformed, and incredibly alone. There was so much to know—and so much that women weren’t talking about. Sharing my experiences, I realized countless other women were in the same place: searching for support, isolated and feeling uneducated .
My long, lonely, and frustrating journey ignited a spark in me. I left my 12+ year career in corporate media behind to do work that truly fulfills me. I swapped NYC happy hours for hospital hallways in Labor & Delivery, to walk alongside families and witness some of life’s most beautiful, transformative moments.
Simply put: I became a certified fertility coach and full-spectrum doula to be the support I wish I had. Now I help families navigate from preconception through birth and beyond--offering guidance, education, and advocacy so you never feel alone.
